By accessing or using the Africa Food Systems Forum (AFSF) Summit registration platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including delegates, speakers, sponsors, partners, media representatives, and any other participants.
The Platform is provided solely for the purpose of registering for and managing your participation in the Africa Food Systems Forum Summit. You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purposes and in accordance with applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify AGRA immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach of security.
Each account is personal and may not be shared with or transferred to another individual. Registrations are non-transferable unless expressly approved by the AFSF Secretariat.
Registration fees, where applicable, are displayed on the Platform and are subject to change prior to confirmed payment. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. AGRA does not store payment card details.
Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an approved waiver. AGRA reserves the right to cancel or refuse any registration at its sole discretion.
Refund and cancellation terms will be communicated separately as part of the registration process. In general, registrations are non-refundable once confirmed unless otherwise stated.
You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. AGRA relies on the information you provide to administer the Event, issue official documents, and communicate with you.
Providing false or misleading information may result in the cancellation of your registration without refund and may be referred to the appropriate authorities where warranted.
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AGRA or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission.
All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the Event. AGRA reserves the right to remove any participant from the Event for disruptive, offensive, or unlawful behaviour, without refund.
By registering, you agree to abide by any additional event-specific codes of conduct communicated by the AFSF Secretariat.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Notice, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AGRA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if AGRA has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
AGRA does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.
AGRA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to AGRA as an international organization. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, through the dispute resolution mechanisms available under AGRA's applicable legal framework.
